Sky contract mix up

Hi, I've been with sky for yonks.

My brother who is at another address which is sheltered housing needed a new tv so I arranged for him to get a sky glass.

The sky person who set this up put him onto my account. I need to get them separated but they want to speak to him as well, even tho I set it up for him.

He has special needs, and pays his bill separately.

How do I get both accounts separated?

@Beally4 you are right this needs sorting and ideally when calling Sky have your brother with you. His needs need registering with Sky but intially he needs an account creating. If he is able to indicates that Sky can talk to you in his behalf things should work if he can't things get more complex. However if the agent can transfer the call to their colleagues in the accessibility team who have the knowledge and time to deal with the complexities.
