Sky connection not working

Our connection suddenly dropped hours ago. It is almost impossible to reach Sky customer service on the phone. I waited for almost 40 minutes on hold yet it didn't connect. This is extremely disappointing.

 

The service so unreliable, agents are quite unhelpful on calls and there is absolutely no accountability.

 

Sky if someone does not reach out to me soon, I will be considering complaining to the Ombudsman.

You are not contacting Sky here.  You have to exhaust their complaints process before you can use the Ombudsman Services.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

What Sky connection is it that has dropped, broadband ?

Thank you for explaining. It is almost impossible to contact them. It is like they have set up their sysems to be of as little help as possible.

Yes broadband. This happens quite regularly. The wait times on the calls are awful (most times the calls don't connect at all) and the staff makes the interactions as difficult as possible, with them constantly promising to get back to you but they never do. 

 

How do you guys handle this issue?
