Sky compensation scheme

I got an email saying that I have compensation and it will be credited to my sky account but if I don't have an account it can be sent to my bank account. I would like for it to be sent to my bank account and not my sky account. How do I request this?

@Leonie33  Do you have a active Sky account? If so the credit will be placed there and used for future bills.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you have an active Sky account then it will go there and will be used as credit against future bills.  (I don't believe Sky will refund this credit unless the account is terminated)

...but go ahead and call them to check.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you are a current customer of Sky then it will be applied as a credit which will be used to pay a future bill or bills.
