Sky cinema

I have informed sky to remove sky cinema from my sky TV package and still I have it and this was given to me from sky in April as my family has lost an family member and thought it was nice offer from sky to my family to give me sky cinema for free. And now I have already rang sky to get this removed from my sky q TV package as I don't need it anymore but I still see that I still have this and sky q TV has renew my sky q TV package on this but I still have sky cinema on my sky q TV package and I am the main person and please could you pass this to them as I am unable to speak to sky right now as I have an throat infection or ask sky to rang me

Sky won't call you. To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that should appear.

When did you contact Sky to remove this as you have to give 31 days notice to have it removed from your package.
