In my sky vip app - ad banner is showing sky cinema 4 week free trial but link won't work

Are you signed in with your main Sky ID and if so what is happening ?

Yes logged in as main user, when I click the 'Find out more' I just get a page showing the 'Breeders' background and a 'Unfortunately we can't porcess your request online right now'

Give Sky a call to see if they can order this for you. If you only lan to keep this on your account for a month then you do usually have to give 31 days notice to cancel it so make sure you do this as well.
