Sky channels device

Hello,

I recently purchased a TV channels device/service from Sky TV, and we agreed on a specific price. However, the agreed amount has not been deducted from my account, and I do not understand what the issue is.

Could you please check this for me and let me know what is happening?

Thank you.

@Jasim0

What shows on your future bills, if this is still wrong then you will have to contact Sky again about this.

When you say the agreed amount hasn't been deducted, do you mean its higher than you expected or that no payment at all has gone out?

Its worth noting that the first bill or 2 will likely be higher as with Sky you pay one month in advance so the first couple of bills will likely cover a period of longer than 1 month in order to get you to be one month ahead of payment.

Presumably either 'Ultimate TV' or 'Essential TV' on a Stream Puck.

Perhaps note that neither of these is actually a purchase: television is a subscription and the Puck is on loan.
