my bill first I have a contract of 11£ for( 50 gb) then I accidentally change to 30£ for unlimited data and when I try to go back to my original contract I reach 20£ for (50Gb) and my next upcoming bill show of 39£ so I call in sky mobile and explain my situation so they told me they applying some discount and it will be charge 26 £ inseted of 39£ and I also asked about change Contract and shift to unlimited so they told me 15£ for unlimited data but now they 39£ why sky charges 39 pound of the problem was already solve

@MoAdilGhanchi Most lijely reason was thst the direct ddbit was already in the system when you madecthe change. Direct debitsxare crested 14 days before the due date. Late changes are then adjusted on the next bill by applying a credit. As you pay in advance for Sky services the first bills are higher as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills
