On the app im in credit for my broadband for €140.00. On my television package my bill is €0 but an attempt keeps being made on my card for €135 . Why is this?

Hi @Fionaohehir Have you made a manual payment? If this was within two weeks of your regular payment date, then it will only go as a credit to your May bill leaving the April payment not paid. It is recommended that you only make manual payments when requested by Sky.
