@qwerty100 Have you checked your bills in the My Sky app to see what this charge is for?

 

As it is, you're addressing fellow customers on here and you will need to take the matter up directly with Sky.

 

Ring 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone or use the Contact Us option in the forum footer.
