Good afternoon
I'm enquiring why my sky bill is so high it's unbelievable the pricing of it from month to month and also why am I being charge for sky talk line rental when I don't have a landline with sky? I'm a single mum of 3 and struggling enough with the bills going up at it is and with sky now it's beyond a nightmare with people struggling enough as it is
how can I lower my bill with sky so it doesn't keep going high?

You would have been told the date the discount was ending when you originally took it out. If you haven’t already you should compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.
If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available.
It's your choice not to have a landline connected but the line rental for Sky Talk is part of your Broadband subscription.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere was a price rise back on 1st April of which you would have been sent an email or letter about. Also if you had a discount and it is ending then you would see a further increase so it is now time to call Sky to see if they will offer you another discount if you agree to a new 18 month contract.
Regarding the line rental do you have Sky Broadand, if you do then you would have Sky Talk so if you make no calls ask Sky to put you on the pay as you talk package,
