My account charge for this month has changed from my last bills.

As well as the annual price increase effective from 1 April, could a discounted deal have finished?

This will have happened for one or two reasons:

 

There was a price rise on 1st April of whivh you would have been sent an email or letter about.

You had a discount on your account that is either coming to an end or has ended so you are now paying the usual price for your package.
