I've seen if you are on universal credit you can have your sky bill reduced. How do you go about this?

This applies only if you are a Sky Broadband or Sky Mobile customer, information on this can be found here:

If you do not have either of these then you could still call Sky to see if they will give you a discount if you agree to a new 18 month contract.
