Sky applying a charge for non returned equipment

When moving away from Sky Broadband they asked for their equipment back. I sent it back in their supplied packaging for their equipment return and it went 4 November 2025, on the 6 November 2025 I received an email from Sky, thanking me "for sending back our Sky kit - its now with our courier"

Since then I have received a number of requests to send the kit, I have already sent back, back! 

I spoke with a Vijay on line who informed me that the kit had been succesfully received!

Today I receive a text from Sky telling me a charge is being applied to my account! 

I have tried talking on line again, but could not get past the robot.

HELP!!!

Sadly this does happen so all you can do is to again contact Sky and give them the tracking details and hopefully someone can sort this for you. If you get nowhere fast with doing this then put in a complaint by filling in this form:
