Sky app telling my payment not received but money has come out of my bank
My sky app is telling me my latest payment hasn't payment 7th of July has not been received, but when I check my bank account they had taken it out. I'm confused now as to what to do, as at the bottom of the payment receipt it says payment received. So im not sure if it has or hasn't been received

For the time being don't do anything and check again tomorrow to see if your Sky bill has then updated which it might have done, if it hasn't then you will need to call Sky about this.
