Sky added skycinema to my sub

Just recently upgraded to skyQ and went through the process of my package and how much it would be but ive noticed sky have also put skycinema on to my sub which I was never told about and didnt really want in the first place. 

Will I be able to take this off with being in a new 18 month contract albeit only 2/3 weeks into it?

Possibly not if it was part of the deal.  (In fact better discounts can be had with more subscriptions)

But if the price is as expected then it's a bonus?  (You also get Paramount+)
