Sky Whatsapp

This morning so far, I have been dealing with sky just to ask a qusstion about a letter that i received in the post. I have been over and back since 9:20 with the same person. This person keeps asking the same questions about account varification and they still have not addressed my question. What kind of interview processs does sky have to give these people jobs. Its bananas!

With any contact with Sky; calling, chats, escalation chat etc they have to be satisfied they are talking to the account holder which necessitates you getting through the security questions.

Hi @Kodi2026   I wasn't aware that Sky non-business uses WhatsApp for general chats or enquiries. How was this chat instigated? Scammers sometime use WhatsApp pretending to be Sky.
