Sky VIP

I've gone on to get cinema tickets and it has knocked me off VIP for some reason, it says to get rewards but then doesn't take me any further, ive been a customer for 18 years so not sure what's happening anybody got any clues? Thanks

What happens if you delete then install the app again and also check to see if there are no updates for it ?
