Hello, can the Sky VIP member give discounted tickets to family members or do they have to be present at the attraction?

Hi, another question please about the legoland tickets..I'm trying to get 4 adult tickets for my sister in law. When do I list her and the others as my nominated recipients, wary of paying before I am sure she will be able to go as I won't be with her.
