Sky VIP e-mails going missing

I accidentally marked a Sky VIP e-mail as spam and despite having removed this and marked the relevant email address as safe, I'm not longer getting an e-mails at all. They're not in my inbox, they're not in junk and they're not in my deleted folder - they've literally disappeared. I'm not sure if my e-mail address has been unsubscribed, but I can't see any way of re-subscribing or finding these emails so I assume it's unlikely I'll get any updates on competitions I've entered.

 

If I use a different e-mail address to enter a new competition etc, that seems to come through fine so I guess something has been flagged on my original address when I marked it as spam. Any ideas?

Who is your email provider, could they being blocked before they even get to you due to the spam report you did in error ?

Thanks for the reply... Its Outlook. I've checked everything that I can see in my account. Marked the email address as safe, checked it isn't blocked, added to my contacts and set up a rule to send any emails to my inbox, but nothing seems to work. I can't see how/where it would be getting blocked.

I'm stumped as well as all being well they should appear one way or the other so as they aren't you might have to provide an alternative email address.

Yeah I'll do that in the future... Just hope I don't miss anything for the ones I've already registered for in the old email 🤞 thanks again.
