Sky VIP - accessing ballots

My SKY VIP is only showing a few competitions and no longer gives any info on the ballots for Sports and Concert events or Coop Live ballots .

@ricroft Have closed the app and restarted it? I've just been in the app and all my mobile data had gone but after restarting it, it's displaying it again. Might just be a gremlin in the works.
