Sky Stream order has overwritten existing Sky Q data
I've just signed up for Sky Stream to replace Sky Q. In setting up Stream, it seems that my existing Sky account has been overwritten by the Sky sales advisor with the new order resulting in all Sky Q billing information being lost. I've also lost Sky Go Extra functionality despite still having active paid for Sky Q for the next 30 days during the cancellation period. The two accounts have different user names but when I try to connect to the existing Sky Q account the process ends with an 'unexpected error' message. I've tried several different browsers and devices with no luck. A Sky tech advisor, whilst very helpful, was also unable to get through the process and could only suggest I kept trying. Has anyone else had this issue?

Re: Sky Stream order has overwritten existing Sky Q data
Thanks ceaserome.
I have updated the skyid data as you suggest and tried again. The link account process aborts at stage one after I enter my postcode with "unexpected error"
