Why is it so hard to give feedback for Sky Rewards? The chatbot really didn't understand what I wanted to do and just kept going round in circles.
Looking in here there doesn't seem to be a suitable section either. I saw that someone suggested making a complaint but this doesn't fall into any of the categories you can complain about.
I just want to make a suggestion as getting fed up with rewards that I can't actually use. One small change would make things much easier
