Sky Q

I was sold sky Q over the phone and paid £20 set up, I was later told that my house isn't suitable for sky Q  and that I would be refunded. I have not received confirmation of this refund. Also since September £120 has been taken from my account by sky but it still says I have not paid by bill. I am confused. 😭

It was cancelled on the 14th September by sky. Six different payments to sky have gone from my banks account. Totalling £120 plus the £20 sky Q installation. Thanks for replying.

All you can do is to call them about this as it isn't clear what is happening.
