Sky Q query
Hi all i am sorry this is long but i need some help please
I am just after a bit of advice, i was out of contract in August this year and spoke to sky about reducing my package as i didn't need what i had due to alot of changes in my life, i had an old hd box and it was not working properly, this agent i spoke to i asked if there is anyway i could ugrade without an engineer coming as my son is autistic and doesn't deal well with people he doesn't know etc, i was told no and the guy started signing me up for sky q, he talked about different packages as was adament that this was the next upgrade and nothing available for me to fit myself. An engineer came to fit it, but i am in a flat and it is a shared dish and it is really old ,the ground is not safe to put a ladder as where the dish is, it is a car park, the engineer told me he could not fit sky q and i told the engineer about the conversation with the agent, he then told me about sky stream and the agent should of told me and is sounds like i was missold, i contacted sky that day and put in a complaint, this was in August and i have not heard anything, i have tried 4 more times to sort things and i was promised a call back on the 11th of this month when i got paid to buy a sky stream box and to sort out my account but nothing, my app says i am in contract until 2026 but i have no way of watching sky and my sky q was never activated. Is the contract void as i would cancel tv but keep broadband. Can anyone please advise on what i can do ... thank you
