Hi I changed from Sky Q to Sky Glass on 18th May. Sky Q subscription came out on 19th as normal. 41 days later still waiting for a refund any ideas. Thanks in advance

Find out moreDo you have Sky Broadband as the credit should be used to pay for this if you are a broadband customer with Sky, if not if you would like we can alert Sky who will be in touch with you tomorrow via here about getting this refunded to you so let us know if you would like us to do this.

Hi, thanks for responding. No I don't have Sky Broadband. I did have to set up a new direct debit, I don't know if that's got anything to do with it. My Sky account acknowledges that I am in credit but that's it. Yes I would love for Sky to explain the situation to me

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
