Sky Q Equipment return
I left Sky in May 2025. I didn't get round to returning my Q equipment and forgot all about it. Having logged into my account for the first time I see I was charged for this and have come across a box with the equipment still inside.
Can I still return this and have these charges or refunded? Or alternatively have the charges credited to my new account (I have returned to SKY via sky stream) if I return the equipment at this stage.
Anyone know?

Re: Sky Q Equipment return
Still return it and the non return charge can be refunded.
Keep your proof of posting from the Post Office, the tracking information from Royal Mail or maybe the email from Sky confirming the package is with the courier.
Remember returns are dealt with by Unipart on behalf of Sky and they are apparently taking quite a number of weeks to process them at their warehouse.
Once it's back post back in this thread and we can maybe get you some help from Skys Community Messaging Team. If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward.
Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.
