Sky Mini Box

A few months ago I had a phone call from Sky and they said I could have a Sky Mini Box at no extra charge to my bill. Sky said it could be plugged in upstairs very much like a fire stick. I have still not had anything delivered and I feel I may have been scammed and I have had no response from Sky

I have moved your first post from the Sky+ board as you mention a mini box.

 

So do you have a Sky Q subscription? Have you called Sky about this non appearing mini box to see if the call was genuine?
