I've ordered Sky Live on Thursday and it is now Sunday and I've not received my CCA which should be shown in my My Sky App. I've spoken to Sky 3 times and gone right through all the trouble shooting and still not got it. Sky refused to send this via email.
Sky Live is showing ordered on My account but willnot be sent until I sign my agreement
As a credit search was done, My credit score has also gone down which I am annoyed about as I've not accepted the agreement.
Anyone else had the same problem
