Trying to find my sky id when I try recover id through the website it says we could not identify this account out im putting in all correct details

Are you new or a returning customer to Sky or have you been a customer a while ?

Have you set one up as you can do that via here:

After doing that you can then link it to your services you have with Sky:

When I also use the app to view bills or change payment method it says im

not the account holder

Did you follow the steps above to link your account, if you did then you will have to contact Sky support about this by either calling or use the social media links at the bottom of the page.
