Sky HD

I cancelled SKY HD in September but it seems that it will automatically be added again In November. Is this standard practice? How can I ensure that it will will be cancelled forever and not automatically added again?

If you've cancelled the HD add on it would involve a 31 day notice period after which future bills should update.

It will not be removed from future bills until your 31 days notice has passed and that it has been cancelled from your account.
