Sky Customer Service very poor.

I have been wrongly billed for my October payment and there is no one at sky to discuss this with. Now they need me to make the payment before any one can talk to me? This is a very serious issues and tells me how insensitive sky is to their customers. I'm deeply worried about this situation. Is there anyone I can discuss this with?

If you feel you need to make a complaint about how you have been treated then you can do so via one of the means listed here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint 

Contacting Sky via this means normally prompts them to get in touch with you in order to help resolve the situation.

When you say 'wrongly billed' what do you mean ?

 

I presume you've withheld payment and your services are now restricted?

 

Sky won't speak to you with an outstanding debt.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
