I wish to cancel Sky Cinema. I am in contract until 13 Feb 2027. Is it possible to cancel it and add Sky Sports instead?

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have in contract discounts you may not be able to remove Cinema. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that should appear.

The short answer is no you can't at present you have minium term until February  2027 therefore you can not cancel that part of your  package until January  2027  allowing for 31 day notice you have to give them with out imposing a  early termination charge which is  ususly the total amount you would have  payed up to the end of your minimum period, in you case that is the equivalent  of a years subscption to Sky cinema. You could always  just add Sky sports to your package as a extra.

Hi @cathyb   Always worth a try, just call Sky and see what they say. They can only say no.

My post above is the official approach, however  as MightyQuinn says worth a try, Thinking about it. it might be in Sky interest to allow you to change after sky sports is much bigger monthly amount than Sky cinema, so by swoping there going to get more out of you. But if they do agree I would bet they would want you to have 2 year minimum term and not sure if would offer by discount.  However  no harm in trying,
