I have two options for adding Sky Cinema:
A: 24 month contact @ £10/month for 24 months
B: Monthly rolling @£13/month for 24 months
I assumed the rolling contract I could use for 3 or 4 months and then cancel, which is what I want. If that's correct what is the 24 month part of that offer?

It's the maximum length of time for which the offer can be expected to run.
