🚨 Sky Broadband – What is going on? 🚨

I was on Sky Ultrafast Plus (500 Mbit) paying €44–50 a month. When my contract ended, Sky advised me to switch to Sky Ultrafast Max. I was clearly promised €50 a month and β€œ1 Gbit speeds”.

 

❌ Reality:

 

  • My bills show €70–75 a month instead of €50.
  • My speed tests still max out around 500 Mbit (same as before, no upgrade at all).
  • Next predicted bills all show €70.

 

 

So basically, I am being overcharged AND not getting the speed I was promised.

 

Sky, what are you trying to do? Either:

 

  1. Fix my speed to what you promised, or
  2. Put me back on my old package and refund the extra charges.

 

 

I should not have to waste my time chasing this. Everything is in the screenshots attached β€” order summary clearly says €50/month, not €70.

 

πŸ‘Ž This is not acceptable. Please sort it out immediately.

@91s1lvester  Some of your images have been rejected at they show your account number and other address data, you need to blank these out before reposting the affected images.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
