You can use any packaging you have got or can get as you can print your own label or get Royal Mail to print it as this link will help you to do this:

Make sure you keep the proof of posting receipt.
If you do need the packaging then you will need to call Sky.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.
You could call Sky and request some more but its the customers responsibility to use their own packaging to return it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
