Hello, I recently bought sky glass air on 2nd December and the bill says 6th of December (overdue) how come it's overdue? I have money in my bank account. Thanks

Don't panic - it's because Sky are in the process of collecting the payment

It will likely clear on Monday due to the weekend.  Do not be tempted to make a

manual payment...
