Sky Account
I was looking at joining Sky. Selected the deal I want and tried to sign up. Entered my Email address to register and it said I already had an account. Reset the password and it shows an account linked to my email address that was activated in April 2023. I'm very confused.

@Andy203 Is it also linked to your home address and name?
If not, are you able to use a different email address?
It possible someone has simply used an incorrect email address.

Yes it is linked to my address and name, Never had any Sky product before so none the wiser. Tried using a different email address but it doesn't let me

All you can do is to phone Sky to see if they can help you with this.
Under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.
