Set up a direct debit

Hi,

 

Keep getting an error message about setting up a direct debit or my account. Why can I not set one up ?

 

I don't use my card, this is due to fraud on my cards awhile back.

 

Don't want any excuse, all I want is to set up an direct debit

If you can't do it online give Sky a call to set it up. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.
