Services restricted

I've paid my bill and I'm interested in getting a phone contract with Sky but every time I go to check it tells me my services are restricted, when I then click on the link to unrestrict it it tells me everything is up and running. I've been stuck in this loop all day and it's driving me mad!

I've got exactly the same problem!! I phoned sky and the guy said he had sorted it and he would phone the next morning to check everything was okay, but he didn't fix it or call back!! I need it to order my daughter a new phone. I have no idea why it's like this as I've not been late with a payment etc. Any help would be appreciated!

Feek free to tell us what is happening, can you view your bill or are you seeing a restricted message when trying to order a phone ?
