Service still suspended

I arranged on 31st July to change my package and an amount was agreed upon. When my September bill arrived it was more that I thought it should be so I have been in dialogue with Sky via Chat, telephone and email trying to sort this out which it now has been. I cannot tell you how many people I have spoken to, via different means having to start again from the beginning each time. It has been an exercise of utter frustration.

In the interum even though I was in an ongoing  discussion, Sky suspended my TV.

The problem with the September bill has now been sorted to the satisfaction of both sides and yesterday I made the full payment owing for September

However, it seems  that the September bill  hasnow  been linked by Sky  in with the October payment which is only due on the 1st October and I am being told that services will not be restored until October is paid. as well. I do not have the money yet to pay the OPctober bill until my salary comes in at the end of the month, and there is another week until the October payment goes through. So how do I get Sky to restore my TV services now?

As said, September bill has been paid in full.

@Gilliblossom

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.
