Service Activation Issue & Cancellation Request

 

[Removed] We have not been able to use the service/product we purchased from you. You have not been able to activate it. Therefore, I would like to cancel it, as you have not been able to resolve the issue for 2 months.

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

We obviously don't know what product you're referring to or why there is a problem with it.

Is this broadband related and if it has not been activated yet when was the date and what have Sky said about the delay ?
