I am required to listen on receipt.

Never heard of 'Fleabrow'. I've no idea whether it has anything to do with Sky. What are you required to listen to? What does the Voicemail say?

I was prevented from using the final character of the email name (why?), so I used a star, but you might guess.

It suggests urgency but no clues.

I took a chance and clicked the button, to be met by request to enter my email address and Password!

Sounds like a scam to allow takeover of my email?

Crashed it of course.
