SKY ipex order
I am transferring from BT to Fibrus for my internet and telephone provision.
I am migrating my phone number to Fibrus but they advise they cannot do this as there is an ipex order by Sky.
I ceased my Sky TV service approx. 7 years ago - my telephone number
Can you help to remove the ipex order?

@Craigdarragh
This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.
Personally I've never heard of an ipex order.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
