WE WERE UPGRADED BY SKYVIP TO SKY CINEMA ONLY NOW TO FIND WE ARE BEINGCHARGED FOR IT. IS THIS JUST A SCAM?

WE RECIEVED A PHONECALL FROM SKY VIP THE GUY JUST SAID HE COULD GIVE US SKY MOVIES AS A BONUS. NO SUGESTION THAT IT WAS FOR A LIMITED TIME. IT WAS ONLY WHEN WE QUESTIONED WHY OUR BILL HAD GONE UP THAT WE FOUND OUT THAT WE WERE NOW PAYING FOR MOVIES. ALSO AFTER THESUPPOSED UPGRADE WE LOST SOME OF OUR CHANNELS THAT WE DID WATCH
