SKY Talk Evenings and Weekends

Hello,

I wonder if someone could advise me please.

My latest bill included two phone calls which I have been charged for, despite having "SKY TALK Evenings and Weekends" package at £8 per/month. Both calls were made after 7pm and before 7am, which shouldn't incur any charges as far as I am aware?

Were the calls over 1 hour?

Yes, both calls in question were over an hour. One was 5 hours

@Volpoid Thats why you have been charged, it has always been the case that you have an hour limit and then you have to hang up and redial or you will be charged for the whole call.

Tariff says, "Inclusive UK calls last up to an hour, then charged at 27ppm at any time of day, or hang up and redial as often as you like."

At almost £20 per hour, quite a bit I suspect...
