SAR not fully listened too

Ongoing complaint from 31st May and forwarded to the complaints department on 16th July ref [Removed] and NO reply nothing if sky had actually listened to the entire conversation of 17 minutes and not the 4 they sent me they would know i was tell the truth [Removed] cant even do that like they cant reply to a complaint, ofcom has now been involved as to many excuses time and time again
