Rtn equipment

I have already returned the equipment but you have sent packaging to return . Concerned it's not registered my returns.

Did you keep proof of posting? This happens a lot - Unipart who deal with hardware returns have a large backlog of returned equipment and don't tend to register returns promptly enough. 

You'll need to give Sky a ring to discuss.

Packaging is automatically sent out towards the end of the notification period of when you cancel a service so as you have already returned the equipment then just keep that proof of posting and should you have any issues going forward like being told you have not returned it then contact Sky and give them that tracking information.
