Ridiculous

Does anyone ever get "proper assistance" from this mob ? 

14 months we've had SKY , we live in a cottage but have many surrounding houses within meters all whom have no issues 

 

every single day our broadband cuts out, tv buffering and service well just poor !

Sky Q, 3 mini boxes, booster and full fibre gigafast. Good WiFi coverage throughout a 4-bedroom house!

Proximity to neighbours doesn't have a bearing if the issue is with the individual circuit between the local cabinet and your address (for FTTC) or the unique fibre connection (FTTP)
