I have just noticed my returns label says I have to return my sky equipment by 03/05. I got a text from sky reminding me my subscription runs out today 06/05. Surely I'm not expected to return my equipment until the subscription actually expires?? Anyone any experience of this and why they do this? I have packaged everything up and will send it Saturday morning. Surely there is a grace period?? I don't understand why I can't be allowed to keep the equipment until the subscription actually ends....?

When returning it make sure you get and keep proof of posting.

Arrgggghhgh. Yes you're right. I meant 04!!!!! So I'm past my return date of 03/04

Do you know what. I'm going back to bed until i learn how to read!!!!!!! The return is 03/05. So I do have plenty of time. Thanks for the answers. Is there a way I can delete this thread or consign it to 'the guys just a Muppet' bin..!!!!!!!
