Returning sky stuff

Hi good morning ive already sent the sky tv streaming box on tuesday as monday was bank holiday and ice recived a text saying i have been billed. I havent returned the stuff earlier as im not very well i have lover back problems and sciatica so its hard for me to go anywhere but ex sister in law has definitely sent it on tuesday 7th of April.

If you have been charged a non return fee then we can help you with this so did you keep the receipt you were given when you sent it off as it will contain the tracking reference.

Yes i have had help to send back the stuff as i can not leave my house as im in sevre pain she will send me the tracking number but shes not at home at the moment as soon as i have the information i will send it over
